At Huckleberry Floral Design we endeavour to deliver the best possible service to our customers with 100% satisfaction our aim. All products are hand delivered by our team to ensure they are received in optimal condition.

 

Please follow our flower care guides which should ensure your flowers last approximately 7 days. Certain cut flowers will last longer and other flowers, for example roses, peonies and tulips, may have a shorter vase life and may need to be removed from your vase earlier.

In the unfortunate event that you are dissatisfied with our products, please contact us by telephone or email within 24 hours of receipt of delivery to advise us of your concern. We will respond to you at our earliest opportunity in order to resolve your complaint.
